By accessing our platform, submitting any enquiry forms, or engaging with our services, you grant explicit and unconditional consent to the practices described in this document.

1. Information We Collect (PII)

In order to provide our elite tutoring services, we require specific Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Upon voluntary submission via our platform, we collect and store the following:

• Primary Identity Data: Student’s full name, Parent/Guardian’s full name.
• Contact Modalities: Mobile number, WhatsApp-registered number, and Email address (if provided).
• Academic Demographics: Current class/grade, educational board (e.g., RBSE, CBSE), and specific subject preferences.
• Geolocation Data: Residential address or general area for home tuition feasibility.
• Custom Communications: Any specific text, requests, or queries entered into the 'Message' field.

2. Data Ownership & Processing Authority

Upon submission of your data, MathAxis Academy claims full administrative authority over the processing and operational utilization of said data. We reserve the right to retain this information within our secure databases to facilitate ongoing and future educational operations, follow-ups, and service enhancements, unless explicitly contested via a formal deletion request (See Section 7).

3. Purpose of Data Utilization

The data collected is strictly utilized to facilitate, optimize, and execute our educational services. Your data allows us to:

• Evaluate academic requirements and schedule tailored Free Demo Classes.
• Maintain a direct, secure line of communication regarding session timings, syllabus updates, and performance feedback.
• Dispatch critical administrative alerts, promotional offers, and educational updates.
• Maintain internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records to analyze demographic trends and improve our curriculum delivery.

4. Telecommunication & WhatsApp Consent

By providing your mobile and WhatsApp numbers, you expressly consent to receive communications from MathAxis Academy. This includes One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for identity verification, automated service notifications, and manual follow-ups by our administration. OTPs are session-specific, expire post-verification, and are not persistently stored.

5. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

MathAxis Academy adheres to a strict Zero-Sale Policy. Your PII is treated with the highest confidentiality and is never sold, traded, or rented to external marketing agencies or third parties. Disclosure is strictly limited to:

• Internal administrative staff and verified educators directly assigned to the student.
• Authorized cloud service providers (e.g., Google Workspace/Sheets) acting as our secure data processors.
• Law enforcement or legal authorities if mandated by a legally binding subpoena or court order.

6. Security Protocols & Storage

We deploy industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or data breaches. All digital records are stored securely in access-controlled cloud environments (e.g., secure Google Cloud infrastructure). However, you acknowledge that no transmission over the internet is mathematically immune to interception.

7. User Rights & Right to Erasure

While MathAxis Academy exercises full operational control over the retained data, we respect your individual data rights. You maintain the absolute right to:

• Access & Review: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request corrections to any inaccurate or outdated information.
• Right to be Forgotten (Deletion): Formally request the complete erasure of your data from our active databases. Upon receiving a verified request, your data will be permanently purged from our primary communication lists and CRM.

To exercise any of these rights, a formal request must be submitted via the contact channels listed below.

8. Policy Amendments

MathAxis Academy reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operational procedures or legal compliance requirements. Continued use of our services post-modification constitutes your legally binding acceptance of the updated terms.

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Student", "Parent", or "Guardian") and MathAxis Academy. By engaging our home tutoring services, booking a demo, or utilizing this website, you unconditionally agree to abide by the stipulations detailed below. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must cease use of our services immediately.

1. Scope of Educational Services

MathAxis Academy provides elite, specialized home tutoring and academic mentorship in Mathematics for Classes 6–12, Board Exams, and competitive foundations across Rajasthan. While we guarantee expert instruction, structured pedagogy, and professional dedication, we do not mathematically guarantee specific grades, board results, or exam selections. Academic success is a collaborative effort heavily reliant on the student's personal practice, focus, and dedication.

2. Financial Obligations & Non-Refundability

To maintain the high standards of our educators, our financial policies are strictly enforced:

• Fee Structure: All tuition fees, whether hourly, monthly, or course-based, must be mutually agreed upon and settled in advance or as per the explicitly defined schedule.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a fee is paid and the scheduled sessions have commenced, all payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including student dropouts or mid-month cancellations.
• Right to Suspend: MathAxis Academy reserves the unilateral right to pause or permanently terminate sessions if financial dues are not cleared within the stipulated grace period.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, & "No-Show" Policy

Time is our most valuable asset. We enforce the following operational protocols:

• Minimum Notice: Any session cancellation or rescheduling request by the student must be communicated at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Forfeiture of Class: If the student is unavailable (a "no-show") without the mandated prior notice, the session will be considered executed, and the corresponding fee will be fully charged.
• Tutor Rescheduling: In the rare event that our educator must cancel, a makeup session will be arranged at the earliest mutual convenience without any financial penalty to the student.
• Free Demo: The introductory free demo class is provided entirely at the discretion of MathAxis Academy and is strictly limited to one per prospective student.

4. Code of Conduct & Termination of Service

MathAxis Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, uncooperative behavior, or unsafe environments. Students and household members are expected to maintain utmost decorum during home tuition sessions.

We reserve the absolute right of refusal. We may immediately terminate this Agreement and cease all tutoring services—without obligation for refunds—if our educators experience misbehavior, consistent unpunctuality, or a breach of professional boundaries.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MathAxis Academy, its founder (Muni Ram), and its affiliated educators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Academic performance, exam results, or admission rejections.
• Loss of data, interruptions in digital services, or issues arising from website usage.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathAxis Academy from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising out of your breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary study materials, worksheets, digital content, and strategic methodologies provided during sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of MathAxis Academy. Unauthorized distribution, commercial reproduction, or digital sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising from these Terms or the provided services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
